If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Care Specialist  immediately at 1-866-280.3475. Please supply us with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Our Customer Care Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. 

iBoatSupplies.com make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.


 If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our Customer Care Specialist immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

If the call is transferred to an answering machine please leave your name, phone number, invoice or packing slip number, items description and the reason for your call.

If you fail to note freight damage on the bill of lading upon delivery, the freight carrier will not compensate you for your loss!!!
